Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping I offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $79 or more!

Shipping Rates & Delivery All orders ship from Texas. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Standard: 3-7 business days
• Express: 1-3 business days

International Shipping I do ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me at hel@helsstuff.com before placing an international order so I can confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.
